Section 42
Obstacle Obstacle Obstacle Obstacle Right to Blow Right to Blow

(1) In the event of any obstruction in the implementation of this Act, the Government of Nepal, in consultation with the Commission, may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and issue an order to remove the obstruction.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall submit the order issued in accordance with sub-section (1) to the Legislature-Parliament within thirty days.
